一、招標條件
本 印尼安汶EPC工程項目機械租賃服務 （招標
二、項目概況和招標范圍
項目規(guī)模：本期工程建設2×20MW循環(huán)流化床燃煤機組
招標內容與范圍：本招標項目劃分為 1 個標段，本次招標為其中的：
印尼安汶EPC工程項目機械租賃服務：
根據(jù)項目需求進行現(xiàn)場機械作業(yè)服務，機械類型包括履帶吊250t、履帶吊50t、輪胎吊35t、輪胎吊20t、平板車25t、叉車3t、裝載機5t、自卸吊8t、輪胎吊50t、輪胎吊25t，機械數(shù)量以滿足甲方施工活動需求為前提，依據(jù)施工活動安排進行調整，具體數(shù)量以甲方通知為準。
三、投標人資格要求
中資企業(yè)Chinese Company：
1、參加投標的單位在近3年內不存在騙取中標、嚴重違約、重大工程質量問題及因自身的原因而使任何合同被解除的情形；
1.There are no cases of winning the bid by fraud, serious breach of contract, major project quality problems and termination of any contract due to its own reasons in the past three years for Bidders.
2、投標方具備有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，具有建設行政主管部門頒發(fā)的在有效期內的安全生產許可證；
2.The Bidder has a valid business license and has a safety production license issued by the construction administrative department within the validity period.
3、投標方近三年無重大安全傷亡事故，無重大火災事故，無重大質量事故等；
3.The Bidder has no major safety casualties in the past three years, no major fire accidents, no major quality accidents, etc.
4、投標方具有良好的銀行資信和商業(yè)信譽，沒有處于被責令停業(yè)，財產被接管、凍結，破產狀態(tài)。
4.The Bidders have good bank credit and business reputation. They are not ordered to close down, property is taken over, frozen, and bankrupt.
5、需在印尼已注冊成立機構并滿足當?shù)胤梢?；在印尼注冊的機構已取得包含機械租賃服務營業(yè)范圍的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，并且可以開具機械租賃服務發(fā)票。
5.It is necessary to have an institution registered in Indonesia and meet local legal requirements; the institution registered in Indonesia has obtained a business license that includes the business scope of machinery rental services and can issue invoices for machinery rental services.
印尼當?shù)仄髽I(yè)Local Company in Indonesia：
1、投標方具備有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，具有當?shù)亟ㄔO行政主管部門頒發(fā)的在有效期內的安全生產許可證。
1.The Bidder has a valid business license and has a local safety production license issued by the construction administrative department within the validity period.
2、投標方近三年無重大安全傷亡事故，無重大火災事故，無重大質量事故等。

6、優(yōu)先選擇在印尼當?shù)赜胸S富的機械租賃經(jīng)驗，資信良好的單位。
Priority should be given to units which have rich experience in machinery leasing and have a good reputation in Indonesia.
本項目 不允許 聯(lián)合體投標。
