臨空經(jīng)濟總部電梯增設梯控項目（第二次）

重慶機場集團 園區(qū)開發(fā) （公共區(qū)管理部）擬對臨空經(jīng)濟總部電梯增設梯控項目（第二次）進行詢價確定服務商，其參加詢價的單位資質要求為：
1、在中華人民共和國依法注冊，具有獨立法人資格，具有有效營業(yè)執(zhí)照（提供營業(yè)執(zhí)照復印件加蓋單位鮮公章）。
2、具有有效期內(nèi)的中華人民共和國特種設備生產(chǎn)許可證（許可范圍包括電梯修理）、需提供擬派作業(yè)人員有效期內(nèi)的中華人民共和國特種設備安全管理和作業(yè)人員證書（項目代號：T（電梯修理））。（提供特種設備生產(chǎn)許可證資質證明文件復印件及擬派作業(yè)人員的中華人民共和國特種設備安全管理和作業(yè)人員證書需加蓋單位鮮公章）
注：擬派作業(yè)人員原則上不能更改，如成交階段需更改擬派作業(yè)人員則需重新提供更改后擬派作業(yè)人員的中華人民共和國特種設備安全管理和作業(yè)人員證書（項目代號：T（電梯修理））復印件加蓋單位鮮公章。
3、其他要求：
（1）若詢價單內(nèi)由被授權人簽字則須提供法人代表授權委托書（格式見附件1）；
（2）代理人要求：委托代理人（被授權人）須為本單位在職員工，響應單位須在響應文件中提供為其繳納的從2025年1月至2025年3月的養(yǎng)老保險參保證明材料，并加蓋鮮章。
項目內(nèi)容：為提高臨空經(jīng)濟總部安全管理水平，有效控制外來人員隨意出入樓宇，保障租賃單位人員安全，擬對臨空經(jīng)濟總部航空總部大廈、臨空科創(chuàng)大廈共計10部電梯增設梯控系統(tǒng)。（具體見詢價單）
如有意愿參與者，請根據(jù)掛網(wǎng)附件于2025年4月29日9：00-9：30時前將密封的詢價單、營業(yè)執(zhí)照復印件、資質證明文件等響應文件帶到重慶機場集團 公共區(qū)管理部辦公樓326室（機場東路28號）。
