3、投標(biāo)人資格要求投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績:對投標(biāo)人的資格和業(yè)績要求：Requirements for Qualification and reference of Bidder:（1）資格要求 Requirements for Qualification of BidderA．如果投標(biāo)人為境內(nèi)注冊公司，投標(biāo)人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，投標(biāo)時需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）；如果投標(biāo)人為境外注冊公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊證明；A. The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license. The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for reference);The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B. 本次招標(biāo)不接受代理商投標(biāo)。投標(biāo)人應(yīng)是投標(biāo)貨物的制造廠商（包括制造廠商所在集團(tuán)內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)銷售的公司）。如果投標(biāo)人是制造廠商所在集團(tuán)內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)銷售的公司，應(yīng)提供聲明，說明投標(biāo)人與制造廠商隸屬同一集團(tuán)，負(fù)責(zé)投標(biāo)貨物的銷售工作。B. Bid by Agent is not accepted. The bidder shall be the manufacturer of bid goods (including companies responsible for sales within the manufacturer's group). Others: the bidder must provide the name of the supplier that supply explosion-proof electronic instruments and the "Product Explosion-proof Conformity Certificate" issued by the national authorized explosion-proof certification institutions for the explosion-proof electronic instruments supplied. The national authorized explosion-proof certification institutions include NEPSI, CQST and PCEC, as well as the international authoritative certification institutions authorized by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China, such as IECEx and ATEX.（2）資質(zhì)要求投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品的制造商應(yīng)具有有效的《中華人民共和國特種設(shè)備制造許可證》（壓力管道元件制造）及《特種設(shè)備型式試驗證書》（壓力管道元件），范圍覆蓋所投標(biāo)調(diào)節(jié)閥的規(guī)格。投標(biāo)時需提供證書原件掃描件（原件備查）。The manufacturer of the bidding product shall have a valid“Special Equipment Production License of the people's Republic of China”(for the manufacture of pressure pipeline components) and Special Equipment Type Test Certificate”(for pressure pipeline components) that cover the specifications of biding control valves. The scanned copy of the original certificate shall be provided during bidding (the original for reference). （3）業(yè)績要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:2015年1月1日至投標(biāo)截止日（以合同簽署時間為準(zhǔn)），所投產(chǎn)品的制造商在中國境內(nèi)至少具有1個合同的乙烯裝置裂解爐減溫器供貨業(yè)績，單個合同供貨數(shù)量不少于8套，且該合同中必須包含至少有1套減溫器同時滿足可變節(jié)流孔型結(jié)構(gòu)、壓力等級不低于2500LB和口徑尺寸不小于10英寸的技術(shù)要求。型號應(yīng)與所投產(chǎn)品型號一致。如果投標(biāo)人為制造商所在集團(tuán)內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)銷售的公司，應(yīng)提供該制造商的業(yè)績。投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件。業(yè)績證明文件包括但不限于：1）銷售合同復(fù)印件。投標(biāo)人所提交的業(yè)績證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時間、合同簽字頁、制造商名稱、裝置名稱、貨物名稱（裂解爐減溫器）、貨物數(shù)量、型號、結(jié)構(gòu)、壓力等級和口徑尺寸。未提交業(yè)績證明文件，或所提供的業(yè)績證明文件無法體現(xiàn)以上信息的，均視為無效業(yè)績。From January 1, 2015 to the deadline for submission of the bid (subject to the signing time of the contract), the manufacturer of the bidding product shall have at least 1 contract for supply performance of cracking furnace desuperheaters for Ethylene Plant in China, the supply quantity of a single contract is not less than 8 sets, and this contract must include at least one set of desuperheater that meet the technical requirements of variable orifice structure, the pressure class not less than 2500LB and the caliber size of not less than 10". Its model should be consistent with the model of the bidding product.If the bidder is a company responsible for sales within the manufacturer's group, the performance of that manufacturer shall be provided.The Bidder shall furnish reference list in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: 1) copies of sales contract. The reference evidence documents furnished by Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content as follows: Date of signing contract, page of contract signature, name of manufacturer, name of the plant, name of goods (cracking furnace desuperheater), supply quantity, structure type, pressure rating and caliber size. If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate the aforesaid information, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.是否接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo):不接受未領(lǐng)購招標(biāo)文件是否可以參加投標(biāo):不可以4、
