（'Times New Roman','serif'\">8）具備獨立法人資格，提供有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照。

（'Times New Roman','serif';color:black\">9）具有依法繳納社保和稅收的良好記錄；（提供'Times New Roman','serif';color:black\">2024年全年繳納社保和稅收的證明）

（'Times New Roman','serif'\">11）技術負責人'Times New Roman','serif'\">:具有暖通類相關專業(yè)中級及以上職稱，從事工程項目管理經(jīng)驗'Times New Roman','serif'\">5年以上'Times New Roman','serif'\">(提供工作證明作為項目管理經(jīng)驗'Times New Roman','serif'\">)。技術負責人須提供職稱證，近'Times New Roman','serif'\">6個月社保部門提供的投標人為其繳納的社保證明材料并加蓋公章。

（'Times New Roman','serif'\">12）其他管理人員'Times New Roman','serif'\">:施工員'Times New Roman','serif'\">1人，質(zhì)量員'Times New Roman','serif'\">1人，安全員'Times New Roman','serif'\">1人，材料員'Times New Roman','serif'\">1人，資料員'Times New Roman','serif'\">1人。須提供崗位證書或單位任命書復印件或掃描件，安全員的提供安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證（'Times New Roman','serif'\">C類），以上人員近'Times New Roman','serif'\">6個月社保部門提供的投標人為其繳納的社保證明材料并加蓋公章。

注：注冊證、考核證等證件上的單位與投標人單位不一致的，由發(fā)證單位提供正在變更的證明，否則視為非本單位人員。職稱證的單位與投標人單位不一致或未注明單位的，由投標人單位提供勞動合同的復印件或掃描件和繳納養(yǎng)老保險的復印件或掃描件。

（'Times New Roman','serif'\">13）本項目不接受聯(lián)合體投標，不接受分包、轉(zhuǎn)包，提供書面承諾函（格式自擬）。

（'Times New Roman','serif'\">14）財務要求'Times New Roman','serif'\">:投標人應遞交本企業(yè)近'Times New Roman','serif'\">2年經(jīng)注冊會計師事務所或?qū)徲嫏C構審計的財務報告表（新成立企業(yè)可根據(jù)自身情況酌情遞交相關材料），近'Times New Roman','serif'\">2年指'Times New Roman','serif'\">2022、'Times New Roman','serif'\">2023年度。

（'Times New Roman','serif'\">15）供應商所投中央空調(diào)須為附合國家節(jié)能標準的節(jié)能產(chǎn)品，提供承諾函（格式自擬）。
