長江黃金7號主題化游輪項(xiàng)目招商引資合作伙伴征集意向通知
1．征集方式
長江黃金7號主題化游輪項(xiàng)目合作伙伴采用公開征集的方式對外進(jìn)行公開征集，擬在本次征集意向通知后發(fā)出正式征集公告。
2. 項(xiàng)目概況與征集合作伙伴工作范圍
2.1、項(xiàng)目
2.2、項(xiàng)目規(guī)模及合作范圍：我公司具有黃金7號游輪及航線旅游相關(guān)資源，擬對外征集合作伙伴對黃金7號游輪招商引資進(jìn)行提檔升級、主題設(shè)計，建設(shè)“長江黃金7號主題游輪”，合作伙伴投資金額不低于2000萬元。
2.3、合作模式
我公司以長江黃金7號游輪作為項(xiàng)目載體，同時提供航線旅游相關(guān)資源作為扶持，意向合作伙伴以資源和資金進(jìn)行投入，將長江黃金7號游輪提檔升級為主題游輪，由雙方聯(lián)合經(jīng)營管理。
合作伙伴應(yīng)繳納不少于200萬元作為建造期間我公司保底收入，正式運(yùn)營后，此筆費(fèi)用轉(zhuǎn)為運(yùn)營期保底收入保證金，合作伙伴在運(yùn)營期未足額支付保底收入時我公司有權(quán)扣除該保證金。
無論航次收入多少，合作伙伴按航次支付基本營收保底，合作伙伴應(yīng)在游輪開航前結(jié)清航次基本營收保底。
2.4、合作期限：不超過5年。
3. 應(yīng)征人初步資格要求
3.1應(yīng)征人初步資格要求：
（1）具有獨(dú)立承擔(dān)民事責(zé)任能力,具有有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照。
（2）應(yīng)征人具有一定的投資能力及運(yùn)營能力。
（3）應(yīng)征人未在“信用中國”網(wǎng)站上被列入失信被執(zhí)行人和重大稅收違法失信主體。
3.2本次征集不接受聯(lián)合體應(yīng)征。

意向應(yīng)征人應(yīng)在2024年12月4日12時00分前，向征集人反饋合作伙伴合作模式等內(nèi)容。
6. 征集意向、征集公告發(fā)布的媒介
本次征集意向公告在重慶長江黃金游輪 、重慶國際投資咨詢集團(tuán) 上發(fā)布。
