3、投標(biāo)人資格要求投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績:對投標(biāo)人的資格和業(yè)績要求：Requirements for Qualification and reference of Bidder:？（1）資格要求？Requirements for Qualification of Bidder？A．如果投標(biāo)人為境內(nèi)注冊公司，投標(biāo)人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，投標(biāo)時需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）；如果投標(biāo)人為境外注冊公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊證明；A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined？certificate and business license. The？scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for reference；The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B.？從中華人民共和國關(guān)境內(nèi)制造的貨物：投標(biāo)人只能為投標(biāo)設(shè)備的制造商。For goods manufactured within PRC customs territory？：Bidders can only be the manufacturers of the bidding equipment.從中華人民共和國關(guān)境外制造的貨物:投標(biāo)人可為投標(biāo)設(shè)備的制造商或授權(quán)代理商。For goods manufactured outside PRC customs territory: Bidders can be the manufacturers or Authorized Agents of the bidding equipment.如果投標(biāo)人為代理商，投標(biāo)人應(yīng)得到所投貨物制造商同意其為本次投標(biāo)提供該貨物的合法正式授權(quán)書。If the bidder is an agent, bidder shall obtain the legal and formal authorization from the manufacturer of the goods to provide the goods for this bidding.？C. 是否接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)：否C.Joint Venture: Not Accepted？D.未領(lǐng)購招標(biāo)文件是否可以參加投標(biāo):不可以D.Bid without the bidding documents：NOT Allowed？（2）業(yè)績要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:2014 年1 月1 日至投標(biāo)截止日（以合同簽署時間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品的制造商應(yīng)具有至少2個合同聚丙烯裝置催化劑制備和處理系統(tǒng)（每個合同須均含預(yù)接觸罐及攪拌器、汽蒸器（罐）及攪拌器、汽蒸旋風(fēng)活化器）的供貨業(yè)績，且均滿足汽蒸器（罐）材質(zhì)為雙相鋼、容積不低于40m3、攪拌器軸長不小于8m，同時預(yù)接觸罐滿足容積不低于0.005m3及攪拌器設(shè)計轉(zhuǎn)速達(dá)到400rpm的技術(shù)要求。From January 1, 2014？to the deadline for submission of the bid (subject to the signing time of the contract), the manufacturer of the products supplied？by the bidder shall have？at least 2 complete supply contracts？performance？of Catalyst Preparation and Handling System (each？contract？including Precontacting Pot and Agitator，Steamer and Agitator and Steamer cyclone activator) for？PP Plant, and meet the technical requirement？that 1) the material of Streamer shall be dual phase steel with a volume of not less than 40m3and the agitator’s shaft length no less than 8m; & 2) Pre-contacting Pot’s volume no less than 0.005m3and？agitator？design speed？not？less？than？400rpm.投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件。業(yè)績證明文件包括但不限于：1）銷售合同復(fù)印件和2）到貨驗收材料。投標(biāo)人所提交的業(yè)績證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時間、制造商名稱、裝置名稱、貨物名稱、供貨范圍（包含預(yù)接觸罐及攪拌器、汽蒸器（罐）及攪拌器、汽蒸旋風(fēng)活化器）、汽蒸器（罐）的材質(zhì)和容積、汽蒸器（罐）攪拌器軸長、預(yù)接觸罐容積及攪拌器設(shè)計轉(zhuǎn)速及到貨驗收材料。The Bidder shall furnish reference list in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: 1) copies of sales contract and 2) acceptance evidence of goods delivery. The？reference evidence documents furnished by？Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content as follows: Date of signing contract, name of manufacturer, name of the plant, name of goods, supply？scope？(including？Precontacting Pot and Agitator，Steamer and Agitator and Steamer cyclone activator),？material, volume and the agitator shaft length of the Steamer, as well as the volume and and？agitator？design speed of the Pre-contacting Pot？and？acceptance evidence of goods delivery.未提交業(yè)績證明文件，或所提供的業(yè)績證明文件無法體現(xiàn)合同簽署時間、制造商名稱、貨物名稱、供貨范圍（預(yù)接觸罐及攪拌器、汽蒸器（罐）及攪拌器、汽蒸旋風(fēng)活化器）、汽蒸器（罐）的材質(zhì)和容積、汽蒸器（罐）攪拌器軸長、預(yù)接觸罐容積及攪拌器設(shè)計轉(zhuǎn)速，均視為無效業(yè)績。？If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate Date of signing contract, name of manufacturer, name of the plant, name of goods, ？supply？scope？(including？Precontacting Pot and Agitator，Steamer and Agitator and Steamer cyclone activator),？material, volume and the agitator shaft length of the Steamer, as well as the volume and and agitator design speed of the Pre-contacting Pot, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.是否接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo):不接受未領(lǐng)購招標(biāo)文件是否可以參加投標(biāo):不可以4、
