項(xiàng)目已具備招標(biāo)條件，現(xiàn)對(duì)該項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)行公開(kāi)招標(biāo)。
1.2本招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目為峨眉山市行政區(qū)域內(nèi)的國(guó)家投資工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目， 峨眉山市發(fā)展和改革局 （核準(zhǔn)機(jī)關(guān)名稱）核準(zhǔn)（招標(biāo)事項(xiàng)核準(zhǔn)文號(hào)為 峨發(fā)改投資〔2022〕57 號(hào) ）的招標(biāo)組織形式為 委托招標(biāo) 。
招標(biāo)人選擇的招標(biāo)代理機(jī)構(gòu)是 四川精正建設(shè)管理咨詢 。
2. 項(xiàng)目概況與招標(biāo)范圍 2.1 建設(shè)
項(xiàng)目起點(diǎn)位于仙芝竹尖牌坊，終點(diǎn)接黑包山；將原 4 米左右道路拓寬至 5.5 米， C30 砼澆筑，厚 0.2 米；配套修建邊溝和道路邊坡，同時(shí)對(duì)損毀路面進(jìn)行修復(fù)，對(duì)邊坡進(jìn)行治理 ； 2.3 計(jì)劃工期： 90 日歷天 ； 2.4 招標(biāo)范圍 本工程施工設(shè)計(jì)圖紙及工程量清單范圍內(nèi)的全部?jī)?nèi)容 ； 2.5 標(biāo)段劃分： 施工 1 個(gè)標(biāo)段 。

3. 投標(biāo)人資格要求 3.1 本次招標(biāo)要求投標(biāo)人須具備 國(guó)家行政主管部門頒發(fā)的公路工程施工總承包三級(jí)及以上 資質(zhì)，近 5 （0-5）年已完成不少于 1 （0-3） 個(gè)類似項(xiàng)目業(yè)績(jī)，并在人員、設(shè)備、資金等方面具有相應(yīng)的施工能力。
投標(biāo)人應(yīng)進(jìn)入交通運(yùn)輸部“全國(guó)公路建設(shè)市場(chǎng)信用信息管理系統(tǒng)（http：//glxy.mot.gov.cn）”中的公路工程施工資質(zhì)企業(yè)名錄，且投標(biāo)人名稱和資質(zhì)與該名錄中的相應(yīng)企業(yè)名稱和資質(zhì)完全一致。
3.2 本次招標(biāo): ? 不接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。
3.3 各投標(biāo)人均可就上述標(biāo)段中的 1 （具體數(shù)量）個(gè)標(biāo)段投標(biāo)。
被招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目所在地省級(jí)交通運(yùn)輸主管部門評(píng)為 / 信用等級(jí)的投標(biāo)人，最多可對(duì) 1 （具體數(shù)量）個(gè)標(biāo)段投標(biāo)。
但最終只能中 / 個(gè)標(biāo)段，每個(gè)投標(biāo)人信用等級(jí)的認(rèn)定條件為： 四川省交通運(yùn)輸廳網(wǎng)站上公布的信用等級(jí)。
3.4 與招標(biāo)人存在利害關(guān)系可能影響招標(biāo)公正性的單位，不得參加投標(biāo)，單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或存在控股、管理關(guān)系的不同單位，不得參加同一標(biāo)段投標(biāo)，否則，相關(guān)投標(biāo)均無(wú)效。
3.5 在“信用中國(guó)”網(wǎng)站（http ：// /）中被列為失信被執(zhí)行人名單的投標(biāo)人，不得參加投標(biāo)。
