中化建國(guó)際 （以下稱為“招標(biāo)代理機(jī)構(gòu)”）受海洋石油工程股份 （以下稱為“招標(biāo)人”）委托，就珠海LNG二期項(xiàng)目所需部分貨物及相關(guān)服務(wù)進(jìn)行國(guó)際公開(kāi)招標(biāo)?，F(xiàn)邀請(qǐng)投標(biāo)人對(duì)下列貨物和服務(wù)提交密封投標(biāo)：
CNCCC International Tendering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Tendering Agent”), entrusted by Offshore Oil Engineering Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Tenderee” ), intends to purchase the Goods and the relevant services required under the project of Zhuhai LNG Terminal Expansion Project Phase II by International Competitive Bidding. Bidders are kindly requested to provide the following Goods and services with sealed bids.

項(xiàng)目概況：廣東珠海LNG擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目二期工程EPC項(xiàng)目新建5座（D#-H#）27萬(wàn)方LNG儲(chǔ)罐及配套氣化設(shè)施、公輔設(shè)施等的全部?jī)?nèi)容的設(shè)計(jì)、采購(gòu)（甲采除外）、施工、安裝、調(diào)試、試驗(yàn)、性能測(cè)試、質(zhì)保等為完成交工驗(yàn)收所做的全部工作。
Project Summary：Zhuhai LNG Terminal Expansion Project Phase II in Guangdong Province will bulid 5 （D#-H#）270,000m3 LNG storage tanks and other supporting gasification facilities and public auxiliary facilities, including the design, procurement (excluding OFE equipments), construction, installation, pre-commissioning, testing, performance testing and qulity assurance and so on.

3. 對(duì)投標(biāo)人的資格和業(yè)績(jī)要求：
Requirements for Qualification and reference of Bidder:
A．如果投標(biāo)人為境內(nèi)注冊(cè)公司，投標(biāo)人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照；
如果投標(biāo)人為境外注冊(cè)公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊(cè)證明；

A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license;
The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.
