1. 招標(biāo)條件

本招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目中核北方核燃料元件臥式加工中心采購招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目該項(xiàng)目已具備招標(biāo)條件，現(xiàn)對臥式加工中心進(jìn)行公開招標(biāo)。

招標(biāo)編號(hào)：HXCT-HWZB-2020-04-02-1

2. 項(xiàng)目概況與招標(biāo)范圍

2.1 設(shè)備 2.2采購數(shù)量：2臺(tái)。

2.4 交貨

3. 投標(biāo)人資格要求

3.1在中華人民共和國境內(nèi)注冊的法人（投標(biāo)人為企業(yè)的，應(yīng)提供合法有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照和組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證復(fù)印件<按“三證合一”或“五證合一”登記制度進(jìn)行登記的，可僅提供營業(yè)執(zhí)照復(fù)印件>；投標(biāo)人為依法允許經(jīng)營的事業(yè)單位，應(yīng)提交事業(yè)單位法人證書和組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證的復(fù)印件）或其他組織。

3.2投標(biāo)人必須是投標(biāo)設(shè)備的制造商或代理商，并獨(dú)立于招標(biāo)人和招標(biāo)機(jī)構(gòu)。投標(biāo)人如為設(shè)備制造商需具備有效的質(zhì)量管理體系認(rèn)證證書；投標(biāo)人如為設(shè)備代理商，同時(shí)提供設(shè)備制造商長期代理證明或出具投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品制造商同意在本次投標(biāo)中提供設(shè)備的正式授權(quán)書，并按照相關(guān)要求提供設(shè)備制造商的質(zhì)量管理體系認(rèn)證證書。

3.3投標(biāo)人近年來應(yīng)具有同類或類似投標(biāo)設(shè)備供應(yīng)、指導(dǎo)安裝和服務(wù)的業(yè)績，并提供相應(yīng)的業(yè)績證明材料（2017年1月1日后的同類或類似投標(biāo)設(shè)備供應(yīng)及服務(wù)合同的復(fù)印件，至少應(yīng)包括合同首頁、供貨范圍頁及簽字頁）。

3.4 本項(xiàng)目不接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。

3.5法律、行政法規(guī)規(guī)定的其他條件。

4. 招標(biāo)文件的獲取

4.1 完成注冊和報(bào)名后，請于2020年 06 月 18 日至2020年 06 月 24 日，每日上午9:00至12:00，下午2:30至5:00

未曾在中國電力招標(biāo)采購網(wǎng)（www.dlztb.com）上注冊會(huì)員的單位應(yīng)先注冊。登錄成功后根據(jù)招標(biāo)公告的相說明下載招標(biāo)文件！
