投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績:1) 投標(biāo)人若為投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品的制造商代理，需取得制造商在中國的授權(quán)代理資質(zhì)，投標(biāo)時需提供有效期內(nèi)的授權(quán)代理證明文件。投標(biāo)人承諾投標(biāo)的境外產(chǎn)品必須具有原產(chǎn)地商會證明文件。
If the bidder is the？manufacturer's agent of the bidding product,it shall obtain the manufacturer'sauthorized agent qualification in China, and provide the certificate of？authorized agent within？the validity period when bidding. 投標(biāo)人必須提供產(chǎn)品制造商的API607/6FA或等同的防火認(rèn)證。

The bidder shall provide theproduct manufacturer's GB/T 19001-2016/ISO-9001-2015 certification, the"Special Equipment Production License of the People's Republic of？China", and the nationally authorized explosion-proof certification？agencies NEPSI,CQST,and "Product Explosion Certificate" issued by？PCEC,fire certification. Nationally authorized explosion-proof certification？bodies also include international authoritative certification bodies authorizedby the National Certification and Accreditation Supervision and Administration？Commission, such as: IECEx, ATEX, etc.

投標(biāo)人所投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品在2010年1月1日-2020年01月01日期間（訂單銷售時間或合同簽訂時間），在中國境內(nèi)有至少2個PP裝置中與本次投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品型號相同且運(yùn)行2年以上的閥門應(yīng)用業(yè)績（要求2個項(xiàng)目業(yè)績，同一項(xiàng)目提供多個合同視為一個業(yè)績）。
投標(biāo)人投標(biāo)時，需提供以下證明文件：⑴銷售訂單的證明文件復(fù)印件或銷售合同的關(guān)鍵頁復(fù)印件，內(nèi)容至少包含項(xiàng)目及裝置名稱（PP裝置）、簽訂時間、產(chǎn)品型號、簽署蓋章頁；和⑵用戶使用證明或用戶調(diào)試報告（證明已運(yùn)行2年，用戶調(diào)試報告簽署日期為開始運(yùn)行日期）。
未提交業(yè)績證明文件，或所提供的業(yè)績證明文件無法驗(yàn)證前述信息，均視為無效業(yè)績。
The bidding products of the bidder during 1st January ,2010 to1st,January ,2020 ( Order sale time or contract sign time) .
