配備水上和水下防噴器組，實(shí)現(xiàn)鉆井和修井井控模擬，每套均需滿足1名教師和18名學(xué)員的培訓(xùn)需要，能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)小組聯(lián)機(jī)分崗位演練同一場景、多人單機(jī)同時演練不同場景及講師對演練任一階段的中央管理控制功能。

Equipped with surface and subsea BOP, realize drilling and workover well control simulation, each set must satisfy 1 instructor and 18 students training needs. The software package should include 1 instructor station linked to 18 student stations which can be operated individually or linked together, providing a multi-station training environment allowing individual, group and team exercises.

The bidder shall promise that the" EQUIPMENT OF SKILLS TRAINING SYSTEM" is produced by manufacturer in its own factory, and the tenderee shall not accept the OEM products.

投標(biāo)人若為投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品的制造商代理，需取得制造商的授權(quán)代理資質(zhì)，投標(biāo)時需提供有效期內(nèi)的授權(quán)代理證明文件。 

If the bidder is the manufacturer's agent of the bidding product, it shall obtain the manufacturer's authorized agent qualification, and provide the certificate of authorized agent within the validity period when bidding. 

（2）業(yè)績要求：
Requirement for Bidder's reference:

投標(biāo)人需要提供所投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品的制造商在全球范圍內(nèi)2015年1月1日-2019年12月31日期間（訂單銷售時間或合同簽訂時間）“技能實(shí)訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)設(shè)備”銷售業(yè)績數(shù)量2 套（含）以上。投標(biāo)人投標(biāo)時，需提供以下證明文件：1）銷售訂單的支持文件或銷售合同的關(guān)鍵頁復(fù)印件。

The manufacturer of the bidder's bidding sales performance has  more than 2 sets (including) of "EQUIPMENT OF SKILLS TRAINING SYSTEM" during the period from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2019 (order sales time or contract signing time) in global. When bidding, the bidder shall provide the following supporting documents: 1) copies of supporting documents of sales order or key pages of sales contract.

The supporting documents shall at least reflect the following contents: the time of order sales or contract signing, the name of goods, the quantity of goods supplied . Failure to submit performance supporting documents or failure to verify the above information in the performance supporting documents provided shall be deemed as invalid performance.

3. 有興趣的投標(biāo)人可通過以下方式獲取招標(biāo)文件：從2020年03月5日開始至2020年3月12日止，請登錄中國海洋石油集團(tuán) 采辦業(yè)務(wù)管理與交易系統(tǒng)（ ooc.com.cn）的招標(biāo)公告頁面進(jìn)行購買。首次登錄必須先進(jìn)行注冊（免費(fèi)），注冊成功后，方可購買招標(biāo)文件。購買過程必須全程在線操作，線下形式的匯款將不予接受。標(biāo)書費(fèi)支付成功后，投標(biāo)人可自行下載招標(biāo)文件。招標(biāo)文件每套售價為2000元人民幣或350美元，售后不退。如未在系統(tǒng)中購買招標(biāo)文件，不可參加投標(biāo)。
The interested Bidders may obtain the bidding document by following method: Please login at CNOOC Procurement Operation System on the page of Invitation for bid for purchasing Bidding document from March 5, 2020 to March 12, 2020.For the first time of login, a registration (free of charge) is needed and only after successful registration, Bidder can purchase Bidding documents online. The whole purchasing process must be operated online and offline payment will not be accepted. After successful payment of RMB 2000.00or USD 350.00 for each copy of Bidding documents which is non-refundable, Bidder may download the Bidding documents. Bidder fails to purchase Bidding documents online is not eligible to bid.
