line-height:150%;" >根據(jù)方案規(guī)劃，建設(shè)三峽上海院信息安全管理平臺，提高上海院信息系統(tǒng)的安全風險抵御能力，保證信息系統(tǒng)安全、穩(wěn)定的運行。建設(shè)內(nèi)容主要包括: 安全網(wǎng)關(guān)、WEB應(yīng)用防火墻、網(wǎng)頁防篡改系統(tǒng)、負載均衡設(shè)備、VPN設(shè)備、堡壘機、綜合日志審計設(shè)備、數(shù)據(jù)庫審計與風險控制系統(tǒng)、漏洞掃描設(shè)備、高持續(xù)性威脅檢測設(shè)備、二層網(wǎng)絡(luò)交換機等。

line-height:150%;" >購置信息安全設(shè)備，其中安全網(wǎng)關(guān)4套、WEB應(yīng)用防火墻1套、網(wǎng)頁防篡改系統(tǒng)1套、負載均衡設(shè)備2套、VPN設(shè)備2套、堡壘機1套、綜合日志審計設(shè)備1套、數(shù)據(jù)庫審計系統(tǒng)1套、漏洞掃描設(shè)備1套、高持續(xù)性威脅檢測設(shè)備1套、二層網(wǎng)絡(luò)交換機2套等軟硬件，以及系統(tǒng)集成、安全培訓、重要活動保障值守支持等服務(wù)。

3．投標人資格要求

投標人為原廠商或經(jīng)產(chǎn)品原廠商授權(quán)的代理商：原廠商應(yīng)具備中國信息安全認證中心認證的信息安全服務(wù)資質(zhì)三級（含）及以上或國家計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)急技術(shù)處理協(xié)調(diào)中心（CNCERT/CC）頒發(fā)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全應(yīng)急服務(wù)支撐單位（國家級）證書。

line-height:150%;" >（2）業(yè)績要求：投標人近三年需履行過2個及以上單合同含稅金額不低于200萬元的信息安全設(shè)備供應(yīng)項目，近三年需履行過2個及以上單合同含稅金額不低于40萬元的安全服務(wù)類合同；投標人應(yīng)有三年(含以上)行業(yè)經(jīng)驗及網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全演習的防守經(jīng)驗，應(yīng)提供業(yè)績證明材料。可提供中標通知書、合同文件、顧客意見反饋表、甲方提供的感謝信等為證；
